The Rescue Buddies™ workshop develops team problem-solving skills through a series of fast-paced and collaborative team challenges. Much more than simply stuffing stuffed toy animals, this is a problem-solving activity which addresses strategy, execution and the impact of independent roles and functions on the big picture and success.
We provide an opportunity for groups to overcome challenges – and sometimes frustrations – in ways that stimulate learning and enhance growth both individually and as a team! In the debriefing sessions the team reflects on what they have experienced, then has an opportunity to relate that back to real-world business issues. Individuals learn how they can make unique contributions at any stage of team development and how to cope with problems as they develop.

When possible, we’ll make arrangements for members of a local firehouse or other emergency responders to receive your donation. Imagine a workshop wrap-up that’s filled with goosebumps as they share a recent story about a child’s eyes lighting up when they presented a comforting stuffed animal to a child involved in an emergency situation.
